Twinkling Miles Foundation is a non-profit organization working to make a positive impact through charitable activities. We value and appreciate the contributions made by our donors. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which a donation may be refunded.

2. Donation Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Donations: All donations made to Twinkling Miles Foundation are considered final and non-refundable. Donors are encouraged to verify all details before making a contribution.
  • Duplicate Transactions: If a donor accidentally makes a duplicate donation due to a technical error or mistake, they may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction. A formal refund request must be submitted along with proof of the duplicate payment.
  • Fraudulent Transactions: If a donation is made fraudulently or without the donor’s authorization, the donor must report the issue immediately. After verification, a refund may be processed.
  • Technical Errors: If a donation was made due to a technical error (e.g., payment gateway malfunction), a refund request can be submitted within 7 days of the transaction, along with relevant proof.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, donors must:

  1. Provide transaction details, including date, amount, payment method, and reason for the refund request.
  2. Attach supporting documents, if applicable.

The foundation will review the request and respond within 10 working days. Approved refunds will be credited within 15 business days via the original payment method.
